Who we are...
Adsila Kids is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit sister organization of Home CEO Academy, a homeschool company whose resources have been used by over 200,000 families in 106 countries worldwide. We provide homeschool families and learning pods with fun and easy to implement online project-based learning to boost engagement and enjoyment of learning.
First Grade Curriculum
First Grade Creators is a low-prep digital project-based curriculum to hone your student's creativity and imagination. Differentiated levels within each project allow you to teach multiple age groups and levels. Each project introduces students to concepts within all subjects for a broad, integrated and real-world style of learning. Supplement with your choice of a core math and phonics program. Implement with your own learning pod or join our online pod to engage with other students on your projects.
Online Learning Pods
Implement weekly projects with your own learning pod or join our online pod! We introduce creative weekly projects, help students stay on track and provide a venue for sharing projects with other students.
Language and Math
Key language and math practice is embedded within all projects, but you will want to supplement Adsila Kids projects with a core math and language curriculum.
Science and Social Studies
Our projects cover a wide variety of topics including geography, economics, life and physical sciences. Additional supplementation is optional.
Social and Emotional Skills
Embedded within our projects are opportunities for students to recognize and practice self-awareness, decision-making, relationship, social awareness and self-management skills.

Meet the Team!
Maraya Pearson
Lesson Delivery
Maraya is the Founder of Home CEO Academy and Adsila Kids. She digitizes our lessons and facilitates online learning pods. Maraya's teaching background includes homeschool teaching, live online class teaching, substitute teaching and writing over 130 curricular units with the team at Home CEO Academy. Maraya earned a Bachelor's in political science from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
Rachelle Taylor
Lesson Planning
Rachelle is an experienced educator with four years experience teaching elementary grades in public schools and currently homeschools her three children. She has a Bachelor's degree in elementary education with a concentration in language and math from Utah State University. Rachelle researches and writes creative and engaging lessons that can be differentiated for a wide variety of elementary-aged students.
Keri Bernier
Administration
Keri is an experienced homeschool educator who supports Home CEO Academy and Adsila Kids in keeping the curriculum libraries up to date as well as many behind-the-scenes support activities. Prior to becoming a Chief Education Officer at home, Keri graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in forensic osteology.
